Nestled in the southern state of Karnataka, Bandipur National Park is a natural treasure trove that entices visitors with its unspoiled wilderness. This picturesque expanse, part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, boasts a rich variety of flora and fauna.
The park’s rolling hills, dense forests, and meandering rivers create a perfect habitat for a diverse array of wildlife, including majestic elephants, tigers, leopards, gaurs, and a myriad of bird species. Bandipur’s thriving ecosystem is a haven for nature enthusiasts, offering enthralling jungle safaris that unveil the park’s natural beauty.

Tour Schedule
Day 1: Check-in, first safari, overnight stay
Reach the resort by 11 a.m. and meet the tour leader there. Lunch will be served at the resort upon arrival and followed by a tour briefing session.
Post lunch, the first safari session begins inside the national park. Enjoy a thrilling jungle safari into the Nagarhole National Park. Explore the diverse flora and fauna of the sanctuary and capture many memorable moments from the wild.
At dusk, relax with a cup of tea/ coffee along with hot snacks.
Late evening, before the dinner, the group meets to discuss photography and the day in general.
Dinner and rest for the day.
Day 2: Two Safaris during the day, overnight stay
Wake up to the calls of birds around the camp area and refresh yourself with a cup of tea/ coffee. Get ready quickly for a thrilling morning safari followed by breakfast at the resort.
Post breakfast, you will be at leisure, free to take a stroll around the beautiful property enjoying the serene landscapes and bird watching.
After lunch, we leave for the second safari of the day.
Evening at your leisure, we discuss the day’s memories and review the images made during the day.
Dinner and rest for the day.
Day 3: Morning safari and check-out
Enjoy another dawn waking up to the songs of beautiful birds. Followed by the morning safari session.
Post breakfast, we briefly meet to discuss any questions that the participants may have and summarize the tour sightings. We pack, check out and head back by 11:00 a.m.
Throughout the course of the tour, mammals and birds of Indian Subcontinent books are available with the tour leader for the participants to refer to and learn.

Before 7 days of the workshop date – 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Within 7 days of the workshop date – 20% of the payment will be refunded.

Tour Companion
Poorna Kedar, a nature lover, and a professional wildlife photographer. He spent about a decade in various genres of photography, the majority of those years in nature & wildlife alone. His favorite subject is birds, he loves shooting anything from mammals, macro, and landscape.
